This position has room to diversify and grow should you have the passion and would be suitable for new graduates up to experienced therapist with the role being adapted to your level of experience.

We really care about your career development and helping you be the best OT you can be, because this means our clients are receiving the best possible service outcomes.  Mentoring and supervision is provided both individually and in group. Each term, we have a team professional development day along with external professional development opportunities with a generous budget.  Further opportunities for career progression and well above award wages provided including bonus incentives depending on your level of experience.  For new graduates or therapists new to the field of paediatrics we provide our graduate program which incorporates learning opportunities and graded case load development.  Further we prioritise your mental health and wellbeing and importance of flexibility in your scheduling to allow flexibility around starting and finish times and working from home arrangements as we want you to be the best you.
