Ella McGrath

Ella is a warm and enthusiastic paediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working collaboratively with children and their families to achieve their individual goals.

Ella graduated with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2018. Ella gained experience in community and clinic based paediatric practice before joining the Kerri-anne Telford team in 2020. Ella loves working with children of all ages and developmental stages. Ella’s love for paediatrics continues to grow each and every year and is committed to lifelong learning to support her families.

In recent times, Ella has been developing her skills further in special interest areas, including Aquatic Occupational Therapy, Handwriting Assessments and supporting children with a Specific Learning Disorder in Written Expression. Ella also supports the rest of the therapeutic team through mentoring alongside Kerri-anne.  

Ella is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with all clients and their families and creating environments that children feel comfortable to be their true selves. Ella uses a playful, intuitive, strengths-based approach and tailors each therapy experience to the interests of the child. Ella is excited to continue striving to make a difference in the lives of children and their families.

Ella is registered to provide services through Helping Children with Autism, NDIS and Medicare; Chronic Disease Management plan, and the Helping Children with Autism and Better Start Initiative twenty sessions. Ella is also registered to provide services with the relevant Private Health Insurance extras.
