Prisca Ong

Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Prisca is a passionate and motivated paediatric Occupational Therapist. Prisca graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University.


She has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, varying genetic conditions and sensory sensitivities along with other developmental challenges.


Prisca loves working with children and their families to develop person-centred goals to achieve the child’s development. She employs an individualised and strength-based approach to facilitate the child’s independence, self-esteem and well-being. Prisca believes through implementing a play based and child led approach it will lead the child to have a motivational and enjoyable therapy session.


Prisca constantly aspires to further her learning through professional development opportunities and mentoring sessions to ensure best practice is provided to families. Prisca undertakes weekly supervision at the practise as well as many other professional development opportunities.


Prisca is registered to provide services through NDIS and Medicare; Chronic Disease Management plan and the Helping Children with Autism and Better Start Initiative twenty sessions. Prisca is also registered to provide services with the relevant Private Health Insurance extras.
